Treehouse Early Learning Marsden – Marsden QLDAs an Early Childhood Teacher, you will work closely alongside the existing Early Childhood Teacher and educators to deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program that supports children in their final year before school.
You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, strengths and teaching style while working collaboratively to create engaging learning experiences and a positive, inclusive workplace for children.Key responsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the existing ECT to plan and deliver an engaging Kindergarten programSupport children's learning, development and school readinessDevelop meaningful learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and individual needsBuild strong, positive relationships with children and familiesComplete observations, documentation and assessment of children's learningContribute to transition-to-school planning and statementsSupport inclusive practices and individual learning goalsWork closely with educators within the Kindergarten teamContribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvementMaintain strong knowledge of the EYLF,
