We are looking for a full-time permanent skilled and experienced Welder (First Class) & Boilermaker to join a highly qualified and innovative team.
We require a professional and experienced Welder to perform welding work.
The preferred candidate will have relevant previous experience as a trade-qualified welder and ideally have worked previously in an engineering/manufacturing business.
You will be capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabricating the dimensions and shapes that are detailed.
You will liaise with the design team during fabrication detailing to ensure the items are capable of efficient manufacture.
The job requires you to be physically fit and be able to work towards daily production targets.

This is a full-time position and is available for an immediate start.
You can work unsupervised, as well as in a workshop environment and in a safe manner.
You will be able to prioritise jobs, self-motivate, work independently and as a team.Minimum RequirementsAt least Certificate III in EngineeringFabrication Trade or at least 3 years work experienceExperience with Structural and mechanical works, including steelworks and plate worksStainless Steel and mild steel fabricationResponsibilitiesIn this role, your primary responsibilities include:Examining work for defects, and measuring with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specificationsSetting up and operating hand and power tools standard to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment,
