ACCORD CARE is trusted in the provision of person-centered disability support services to NDIS participants.We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL), In-Home Care, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Community Nursing, and Allied Health Services.Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and improved quality of life for the people we support.About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting a client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Loganholme.The role involves providing person-centered support to assist the client with daily living activities, personal care, and maintaining independence in a protected and respectful environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care assistance, including hygiene, grooming, and daily living tasksSupport the client with manual handling and hoist transfers safelyAssist with CPAP setup and monitoring during sleep or rest periods if requiredAssist with mobility and transfers following safe manual handling proceduresSupport the client with household tasks such as meal preparation,
