Cottage Academy is committed to quality care, community and helping every child thrive.Role Requirementsa Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)a current and valid Working with Children Checka Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLFan ability to interpret curriculum documentseffective oral and written communication skillsKey Role ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality,
