What You'll Be Working On
In this physically active role, you'll be responsible for the careful handling and movement of furniture products throughout our distribution centre.
Your day will involve:




Operating lift order picking equipment at heights of 8+ metresManually receiving, dispatching and storing stock with proper careConducting pre-work safety checks on forklifts, order pickers and turret trucksUsing RF scanning technology to maintain inventory accuracyWorking across multiple teams and adapting to different tasks as neededContributing to a safe working environment through WH&S; compliance
You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse, handling a diverse range of furniture products including lounges, buffets, tables and chairs.
What Type of Person Will Succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
2+ years experience of lift order platform picking in a high-volume warehouse (30+ team members)Comfortable working at heights of 8+ metres for extended periodsPhysically fit and capable of handling bulky, heavy furniture itemsReliable and committed to working Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shiftsProficient with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systemsAdaptable and happy to work across different teams and tasks
