About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Duty Manager.Reporting to an accomplished management team, this role is highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a busy and demanding venue.
Responsibilities include:Work with the Venue Manager to implement a unique customer experienceManage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basisLead and manage bar and floor staff through service periodsLiaise with the kitchen team on a daily basis to ensure the food offering is being delivered as per expectation;Apply sound business acumen to optimise profitability of the operationLead by example in providing excellent customer serviceSkills & ExperienceYou will be able to demonstrate your hospitality skills and experience, ideally built in a fast paced, high end workplace.You will have an exceptional level of communication, organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.A high level of leadership, with an understanding of the needs and desires of our clientele are essential.What we need:We are looking for a friendly and innovative team player with a combination of the following:A naturally friendly and engaging personalityImpeccable presentation and an ability to connect with peopleBarista, cocktail,
