CD Batteries Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician to join our team in Blacktown, NSW.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the electrical systems of vehicles.
As an Auto Electrician, you will be at the forefront of our service delivery, ensuring that customers receive high-quality electrical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work.
This position is essential to our business operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction and safety.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems, including batteries, alternators, starters, wiring, and lighting systemsPerform electrical testing and troubleshooting using specialised equipment and diagnostic toolsInstall and maintain automotive electrical components and accessoriesConduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdownsMaintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each jobEnsure all work is completed to industry standards and in compliance with safety regulationsCommunicate effectively with customers regarding electrical issues, repair options, and quotationsKeep work areas clean, organised, and safe in accordance with workplace health and safety requirementsStay current with new vehicle technologies and electrical system developmentsWhat we're looking forCurrent automotive electrical qualification or equivalent recognised certification from a registered training organisationProven experience as an Auto Electrician,
