We're part of the Building & Industrial Supplies Group, backed by Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd, one of Australia's largest privately owned industrial groups.About the RoleServe trade customers at the counter, over the phone and via emailPrepare quotes, process orders and respond to customer enquiriesAssist with purchasing, receiving stock and general administrationPick and pack orders, restock shelves and help with general warehouse dutiesBuild strong relationships with regular customers and look for opportunities to grow salesHelp with occasional local deliveries and check in with other customers nearby to pick up extra ordersAbout YouTrade sales, hardware, industrial supply or hands-on trade experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
