As aWorkplace Rehabilitation Consultant,you'll deliver evidence-based injury management, rehabilitation and prevention services that create lasting outcomes for individuals, employers and insurers.
Combining your clinical expertise with aproactive approach to early intervention, you'll play a key role in improving recovery, workplace participation and overall wellbeing.
Working with some ofAustralia's largest organisations, you'll help shape positive recovery journeys and influence workplace health outcomes at scale.
Supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:
Manage adiverse caseload and deliver high-qualityworkplace rehabilitation services
Conduct Worksite Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Assessments and Return to Work services
Identify barriers to recovery and developpractical strategiesto support positive return-to-work outcomes
Buildtrusted relationshipsthrough confident communication and a solutions-focused approach
Work acrossphysical and psychological injury cases, applying evidence-based rehabilitation principles
Contribute to acollaborative team culturefocused on quality, outcomes and continuous improvement
Demonstrate and champion theAxis values: Professional, Caring, Independent, Outcome Focused, Quality and Dedicated

About You
Current General Registration with AHPRAand a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
Minimum 12 months' experience as a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant within Queensland
Skilled Indemnity Insurance and Full Australian working rights
