This organisation has built a strong reputation supporting individuals followingtraumatic and catastrophic injuries, working closely with medical teams, insurers, and community providers to deliver life-changing outcomes.
You'll be joining a team of experienced clinicians who prioritisequality, clinical reasoning, and meaningful outcomesover volume-driven care.
The role
This is a unique opportunity to step away from NDIS and occupational rehab work and move into ahigh-level clinical role focused on complex neurological and physical injuries.
Your role will be varied, autonomous, and clinically engaging.
A typical week may include:
Comprehensive functional and cognitive assessments
Equipment prescription and minor home modifications
Case management and goal setting
Supporting hospital discharges into the community
Stakeholder communication (medical teams, insurers, families)
Report writing and recommendations
Developing therapy and home programs




This isnot a treatment-heavy role— the focus is onassessment, strategy, and outcomes, giving you the space to use your clinical expertise at a higher level.

About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Experience within compensable schemes (CTP, Workers Comp highly regarded)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident working independently
Passion for neurological and complex injury management
Full driver's licence
