Clinical Pharmacist (Gde 1-2) - Fairfield Hospital - Perm PT
Fairfield Hospital Pharmacy is a supportive team dedicated to delivering comprehensive clinical and operational pharmacy services that promote the safe and effective use of medicines.
Working in partnership with medical, nursing, and allied health teams, we strive to optimise medication management and improve patient outcomes.

To be eligible for this position, applicants must hold current full Pharmacist AHPRA registration with no restrictions to the scope of practice OR be able to demonstrate that they are on track to obtain full pharmacist AHPRA registration within the next six months.
Applicants who do not meet this requirement are not eligible to apply.
