and to a high standard of quality.
This position suits someone who takes pride in their work, follows processes accurately, and enjoys being part of a cohesive production team.Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machinery safely and efficientlyLoad files, monitor production runs, and conduct quality checksFollow detailed work instructions and production schedulesTroubleshoot minor machinery or process alerts and errorsMaintain focus and attention to detail throughout the workdayAssist the Operations Manager with day-to-day production tasks as requiredContribute to a safe, clean, and organised work environmentThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing, cabinet making, or joinery environment (preferred but not essential)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyPractical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetReliable, hardworking, and committed to full-time workAble to work well as part of a small, supportive teamAdditional RequirementsSuccessful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and provide a police clearance.
