Job Description
First Focus AU is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to own recruitment across Australia, Recent Zealand and the Philippines.
You will shape the TA strategy, lead a geographically distributed team and stay hands-on with senior technical and hard-to-fill roles.
Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand real needs, build sustainable talent pipelines, optimise sourcing channels and champion an evidence-based, data-driven approach to recruitment across markets.
