The Langham Gold Coast is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all activities related to cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and restaurant supplies.
You will ensure a superior standard for flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment in support of Culinary and Banquets teams.
You'll assist in supervising the stewarding team, onboard and track training, and work with chefs to ensure timely setups.
