Gundagai District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute care team on a 12-week contract basis, starting as soon as possible.
This is an in-charge role in a regional NSW setting, offering the chance to lead a small team while delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will bring ED or acute care experience, with a strong background in triage and clinical leadership.
In-charge responsibility across ED and Acute care with triage as a core function
12-week contract, ASAP start in Gundagai, NSW

Preferred Requirements
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA




Demonstrated experience in Emergency Department, Acute, or Aged Care nursing
Proven in-charge or team leadership experience
Triage competency and experience using the Australasian Triage Scale
Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills in high-acuity environments
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent certification
Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
