Programmed is seeking a Production Manager for a FMCG operation in Griffith, NSW.
The role leads 2 Supervisors and ***** staff, driving safety, quality and efficiency across the site.
You'll manage day-to-day production, plan for peak periods, and drive continuous improvement while sustaining food safety and environmental standards.
Previous dairy/process manufacturing experience is preferred.
