Job Description

HARLI + HARPA is opening a brand current Wagga Wagga store in November 2026 and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy and care. You will support the Store Manager, develop the team, and inspire customers through jewellery knowledge and presentation.

You will drive sales performance, keep a close eye on KPIs and wages, and cultivate an inclusive, results-driven setting where the team shines. This is a hands-on leadership role in fashion retail.
