Job Description

Bega Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee protected, productive production at our Smithfield site in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will drive performance, coach a team, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement on an afternoon shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
