Job Description

NSW Health in Wagga Wagga is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 – Home haemodialysis trainer. The role focuses on teaching patients and carers to perform home haemodialysis for end-stage renal disease, while providing clinical support and ensuring quality care in outpatient settings.

You will train patients on the Fresenius 4008 system, deliver ongoing telehealth or home visits, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise treatment outcomes.
