Job Description

Nimbus Health invites a seasoned Community Nursing Lead to build and lead our current community nursing service from the ground up. You will design clinical frameworks, governance, and care pathways while personally delivering high-quality nursing care in clients’ homes and guiding frontline teams.

You will work with Directors and care coordination leaders to ensure safety, evidence-based practice, and alignment with Nimbus Health objectives, fostering growth and innovation.
