Leasing Executive | Step Into Property Management | North Sydney

We're looking for a Leasing Executive with at least 6 months' real estate experience who wants more than just running opens and processing applications.
This is a hands‐on leasing role within a busy, established real‐estate team where you'll build strong experience across the full leasing process, work closely with Property Management and continue developing your career within the industry.
If you're ambitious, organised, confident with people and ready to step into a role where you can actually grow, this is worth a look.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Managing tenant enquiries and follow-up
Processing rental applications
Liaising with prospective tenants, landlords and the Property Management team
Coordinating advertising and preparing properties for lease
Assisting with tenancy commencement and documentation
Managing leasing administration and CRM updates




Supporting the wider Property Management team where required
What We're Looking For
You'll need:
Minimum 6 months' real estate experience
Previous leasing experience highly regarded
Current NSW Certificate of Registration
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confidence dealing with tenants and conducting inspections
Good organisation and time management
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in progressing within real estate
You don't need to be five years into your career.
You do need to understand the basics, be reliable, present well and be ready to get involved.
