This role leads an established team in a mid-sized home, ensuring compliance, operational excellence and compassionate resident care.
The successful candidate will bring senior aged care leadership, AHPRA-registered nursing credentials, strong governance knowledge, and a team-oriented, hands-on management style to sustain high standards of service and staff development.
