Where you'll be working
Based at Westmead Hospital, you'll join Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) and provide dedicated administrative support to the Operational Preparedness portfolio for Rouse Hill Hospital.
You'll work closely with project leaders, health professionals and stakeholders in a collaborative environment where organisation, initiative and responsive service make a real difference.
Support a major health infrastructure and operational preparedness portfolio
Work alongside experienced project and health service professionals
Coordinate information across multiple stakeholders, meetings and workstreams
Contribute to quality improvement, workplace health and safety initiatives
Be part of a purpose-driven organisation supporting better health outcomes for Western Sydney
What you'll be doing
As Administrative Officer, you'll provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Senior Project Manager, Operational Preparedness.
Your ability to prioritise, communicate and anticipate what's needed will help keep this quick-moving portfolio on track.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, diaries and follow-up actions
Manage correspondence,
enquiries and information flow, escalating risks and priorities
Maintain accurate records and documentation using Content Manager and relevant systems
Coordinate workshops and events while liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Support workforce administration, including leave, rostering, payroll, recruitment, invoicing and systems such as HealthRoster and Oracle
Make a difference before the doors open.
As an Administrative Officer, within the Rouse Hill Hospital Operational Planning Team, you'll contribute to the exciting journey of preparing a new hospital for opening.
You will support critical planning, coordination and engagement activities which will ensure patients, staff and the community experience a welcoming, safe and patient centred healthcare facility from day one.
