You'll be on the production floor 95% of the time, leading the team and hands-on in the run.
This is a genuine on-the-floor leadership role, not a desk job, with the chance to influence site setup and early operations.
The role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, with days from 8:00am to 5:30pm.
