Change for Youth Foundation is seeking a Learning Support Mentor to work one-on-one with young people in out-of-home care across Queensland.
The Empower Youth Program focuses on literacy, numeracy, confidence, and school engagement, delivered weekly in home settings.
Role requires youth-work experience or study in education/psychology with robust maths and literacy skills, plus trauma-informed training and consistent session reporting to schools, carers, and managers.
