Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team.
Based across Glen Waverley and Oakleigh, you'll deliver meaningful community-based care while working alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to client-centred practice.Your work will include:Conduct home and functional assessmentsPrescribe equipment and home modificationsEducate clients on falls prevention and energy conservationSupport client independence through evidence-based interventionWork under a variety of funding streams – no TAC, Workcover or NDISWhat we're looking for:Tertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyAHPRA registration or equivalent professional membership/registrationA current Victorian Drivers LicenceA current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT RegistrationWhat's in it for you?
