KLC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clients primary care team, supporting GPs in RACFs across Tin Can Bay and surrounding areas in Queensland, Australia.
You will triage requests from RACFs, conduct weekly onsite visits, coordinate care among GPs, aged care staff, residents, and families, and deliver comprehensive primary care services including histories, examinations, investigations, and preventive care.
