Ormeggio at The Spit is a Two Hat restaurant located at the beautiful d'Albora Marinas in Mosman, overlooking Middle Harbour and Pearl Bay.
Celebrated for its Contemporary Italian cuisine, award-winning wine list, and outstanding hospitality, Ormeggio has been a hatted restaurant since **** and currently ranks #44 in Gourmet Traveller's Top 100 Restaurants.
We are now seeking Front of House Professionals to join our passionate and dynamic team.

About You:




Permanent residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia
Current NSW RSA
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
A minimum of 3 years' experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants
Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced workplace
Passionate about food, wine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
