Job Description

Sundale Ltd in Palmwoods on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Residential Services Manager to lead our Palmwoods Care Centre—a warm, 71‑room home with a 14‑bed Memory Support Unit. This full‑time role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on day‑to‑day operations, care quality and culture.

You will drive governance, budget management and performance against Aged Care Quality Standards while fostering a multidisciplinary team and delivering person‑centred care.
