Ferrovial Energy is seeking an In-House Counsel to support the development, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of utility-scale renewable energy projects in the U.S. The role reports to the Head of Legal U.S. and is based in Austin, Texas.

The role requires a Juris Doctorate, active US state bar admission, and 5+ years in energy law with robust drafting and negotiation skills. This position offers the chance to influence across the project lifecycle within a global energy
