Our Facilities Management team plays a key role in making sure our properties are safe, compliant, well maintained and a outstanding experience for tenants and stakeholders.About the roleWe're looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across a busy property portfolio.
This is a varied, hands‐on role where you'll be a key contact for tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders, helping to coordinate maintenance requests, support compliance and keep works moving efficiently.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate and follow up on maintenance requestsLiaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers and internal teamsAdminister the facilities management software systemSupport building compliance, contractor compliance and reportingAssist with quotes, purchase orders,



invoices and cost trackingAttend sites across the Victorian portfolio to support inspections, maintenance follow-up, contractor coordination and tenant requirementsHelp with site inspections, audits and identifying maintenance issuesContribute to process improvements across the FM functionAbout you2–4+ years' experience in facilities, property, building services or similarStrong customer service and communication skillsContractor coordination experience, ideally in a commercial building environmentGood attention to detail and strong follow-up skillsAbility to juggle competing priorities and work to deadlinesConfidence using Microsoft Office; FM software experience would be a bonusA positive, practical and team-focused approachIf you're someone who enjoys variety, problem‐solving and working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
