Job Description
ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Community Support Team Member to deliver person-centred support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disabilities, Elders and others needing assistance.
The role spans Disability Supports, NDIS, QCSS and CHSP, and focuses on independent living, dignity and cultural safety.
You will work across programs providing in-home support, social inclusion, and wellbeing checks, with emphasis on client choice and safety in a culturally secure workplace.
