You're part of a team that shows up, stands together, and leads with purpose.We are looking for a motivated and customer-focusedEligibility Fast Trackprofessional to join our Workers Compensation team.In this role, you will be responsible forfast tracking the assessment of claims that are not being disputed by the employer, helping to ensure injured workers receive prompt support and timely outcomes.You will work closely with bothworkers and employersto confirm injury details, explain return to work requirements, entitlements and ongoing claims processes, and ensure claims areregistered promptly and accurately.
A key part of the role will also includeactivating provisional payment entitlements for mental injury claimsin line with relevant requirements.This role plays an important part in delivering a supportive, efficient and responsive claims experience.Fast track the assessment of claims that are not disputed by the employerLiaise with workers and employers to gather and confirm injury detailsSupport the return to work process by explaining obligations,
