We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA/QC professional with specification experience to join a well-established food and beverage manufacturing environment.This is a casual prospect offering flexibility across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, suited to candidates who thrive in a fast-paced production setting.Duties/responsibilities include, but not limited to:Conduct routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished productsPerform calibration and maintenance of laboratory and production equipmentInvestigate customer complaints and assist in identifying root causes of non-conformancesInvestigate out-of-specification (OOS) results across products, packaging, and environmental samplesSupport specification development and management activities,



recognising this as a resource-intensive functionMaintain accurate and up-to-date quality and production recordsSupport general housekeeping and GMP compliance activitiesParticipate in internal and external auditsEnsure adherence to food safety and quality standardsSkills/experience:Tertiary education in Food Science or similarProven experience in a similar position in a food or beverage manufacturing environmentExperience working with specification systems, ideally SAP, SAP-RD, or PLM (highly advantageous)Previous exposure to frozen food manufacturing would be highly desirable, though not essentialMust be adaptable and have high attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills
