Job Description
Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists across NSW.
The program begins with a structured 9-week onboarding and caseload ramp-up, supported by shadowing, supervision, and regular case review.
You'll rotate through diverse environments, build confidence, and develop clinical identity alongside experienced clinicians and MDT colleagues.
This program supports skilled growth and client-centred practice.
