We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our welcoming team in St Kilda.In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, referrers and healthcare professionals, helping to ensure a seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.What You'll Be DoingManaging and distributing patient reports accurately and efficientlyAssisting with referrals and responding to patient and referrer enquiriesCoordinating report amendments, validations and reviews when requiredRecording and managing compliments, complaints and feedbackProviding administrative support across operations and marketing functionsOccasionally supporting our clinic reception teamsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys helping others,
