Compass Rehab is a locally owned multidisciplinary allied health service providing occupational therapy and physiotherapy. Located in the heart of the medical precincts in Hervey Bay and Maryborough our service is growing, and we are looking for a physiotherapist to join our allied health team.

About the role:
n
Services NDIS, aged care and private patients
n
Predominant caseload of neurological and vestibular patients
n
Access to VestiCam (infrared goggles), EyeSeeCam (Video Head Impulse Test) and Biodex Balance SD (computerised balance assessment)
n
Assisting in developing PT processes within the organisation
n
Potential to engage with students or develop junior members of the team if desired.
n
The ideal candidate will need:
n
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Adaptability to changing environments and caseloads
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit, high-performing team
n
Experience in vestibular assessment and treatment or a desire to upskill in this space
n
What we offer:

Salary from $105,000 to $125,000, commensurate based on experience
