We're looking for a Buyers Administrator to be that person for our Buying & Merchandise team.This is a hands-on, admin-focused role supporting our Head of Buying to keep product moving smoothly from supplier to store.
You'll be working daily across Shopify, Excel and Style Arcade, managing supplier relationships, data entry, stock transfers, and keeping the critical path on track, with plenty of opportunity to get exposure across Buying, Planning and Design along the way.
It suits someone who's naturally organised, picks things up quickly, and genuinely loves the fine details.What You'll Be DoingAccurately input and maintain product information, purchase orders, and supplier detailsManage supplier relationships, tracking orders, requesting updates, and following up on outstanding issuesUpdate and manage the critical path, making sure timelines and key dates are metCoordinate and assist with picking and packing stock transfers between stores and the online warehouseProvide general administrative support to the Buyer, including filing, document management,
