About the company/role:Major pharmaceutical company who manufacture personal care productsBased in the Southeast suburbs of MelbourneSeeking an experienced QC Chemist to join their afternoon shift3pm - 11pm, Monday - FridayPermanent, full-time opportunityDuties:Sampling of raw materials when requiredRoutine analysis of raw materials using basic wet chemistry techniques and small instrumentationTest and releasepackaging materials and artworkLiaising with Warehouse personnel in regards to raw material deliveriesAnalysis of intermediates and finished products when fully trainedSkills & experience:Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals or relateddisciplineDemonstrated industry experience within a GMP enviornmentUnderstandingof chemistry techniques, including wet chemistry and analytical techniquesHPLC experience within a GMP workplace ishighly regardedExcellent communication skillsGood with time management and organisation
