ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently seeking a Product Coordinator to join the Peter AlexanderWomenswearteam!
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in design, product development and production and demonstrate your passion for product.RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting the Product Manager in the sampling approval process including fittingsManaging and tracking the sample and production process from initial development to shipment stageLiaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factoriesWorking with the Product Manager/Graphic Designers andSuppliers to give feedback on print development and executionWorking with Product Manager to give feedback on all development including fabric quality,



lab dips and trimsBriefing current ranges to suppliers for developmentMaintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliersUpdating and maintaining range storyboardsCoordinating samples for photo shoots and advertisingSupporting the product team with administrative needsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE2-3 years' experience in a Product Coordinator or Production Assistant role is preferableQualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageousSkilled with Adobe, specifically Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience working with 3 Clicks is advantageousProactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace environmentHave great attention to detail and works well under pressureHigh level of productivity and efficiencyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBe a collaborative team memberPERKSGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthCoffee lover?
