Job Description
"Remedy espresso Cafe" a customer-focused food and beverage establishment located in Springfield Lakes, Queensland, providing a range of freshly prepared food, beverages and café-style services to local customers.
Due to the ongoing operational requirements of the café, the business requires an experienced Café or Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily operations, supervise staff, manage stock and suppliers, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, monitor financial activities and ensure a high level of customer service.
The Manager will play an important role in coordinating the overall operations of the business and ensuring that the café operates efficiently and in accordance with relevant workplace and food safety requirements.

Planning and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervising café staff and allocating duties for food preparation, counter service, customer service and cleaning.
Assisting with recruitment and training of new staff and monitoring their performance during daily operations.
Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, snacks, coffee and other beverages served to customers.




Maintaining customer service standards and responding to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
Monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, packaging and other café supplies and arranging orders when required.
Checking deliveries against orders and ensuring stock is stored correctly and available for daily operations.
Handling daily cash transactions, payments, sales records and other routine financial matters of the café.
Preparing staff rosters and coordinating work schedules according to the café's operational requirements.
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
Liaising with suppliers and service providers to negotiate orders, resolve supply issues and ensure timely delivery of required goods and
services.
Qualification & Experience
An equivalent AQF Diploma or
Higher in relevant field.
A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required.
Robust leadership, Management and customer service skills are required.
Ability to manage daily responsibilities efficiently and work confidently in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Good understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and relevant hospitality compliance requirements.
Salary: $80,000- $85,000 Plus Superannuation per annum Hours: Full-Time, 38 Hours Week
