Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll own the customer journey end to end, greeting and serving customers, creating bookings, costing and invoicing, preparing quotes, selling work, and keeping everything running smoothly alongside our Workshop Controller, Foreman and Service Manager.No two days are the same, and every one of them matters.What you'll be doingScheduling service appointments and looking after customer walk-insKeeping an even, steady flow of work through the departmentUpholding our company standards, policies and proceduresUsing our DMS confidently and accuratelyCreating,
