The Gaming Supervisor will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor, including customer experience, staff supervision, gaming compliance, cash handling, presentation and opening/closing procedures.We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable and proactive with strong attention to detail and understands that compliance, customer service and gaming-floor presentation are equally key.This is a rotating roster position and requires flexibility to work day, night, and weekendKey ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor and ensure smooth service throughout the shiftMaintain a high standard of customer service and experienceEnsure the gaming room is clean, organised, safe and presented to a high standard at all timesEnsure food and beverage service is maintained appropriately within venue proceduresSupervise and support gaming staff during shiftsSupport responsible conduct of gambling and harm-minimisation practicesAssist with cash handling,



cash reconciliation and gaming-related financial proceduresComplete opening and closing procedures accurately and securelyEnsure the venue remains compliant with company standards and relevant NSW liquor and gaming requirementsExperience & Skills RequiredPrevious experience in a gaming venue is essential.A minimum of 1 year of experience in a gaming management, supervisory,or similar leadership roles is preferredIf you don't have management experience, a minimum 2 years of experience as a Gaming Attendant is requiredCurrent RSA / RCG / Advanced RCG and other relevant gaming qualifications/competencies as requiredStrong knowledge of NSW gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirementsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to confidently manage a gaming floor and make decisions during busy periodsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProfessional presentation and a positive attitudeAbility to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers or situationsHands-on management experience across gaming and venue operationsA skilled and team-focused working environmentThe Person We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, proactive and genuinely enjoys working in gaming operations.If you are someone who notices when the gaming floor is not clean, when something is out of place, when a customer needs assistance or when a compliance procedure needs attention — and you take action rather than waiting to be asked — we would like to hear from you.
