Glory EV Group is an independent BYD dealer in Australia.
As our business and dealership network continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable, organised, detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate who understands the Australian automotive dealership environment and can independently manage day-to-day HR matters.Key responsibilitiesManage recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews and following up on employee onboardingManage employee onboarding, probation, position changes and offboarding processesPrepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, contract variations and other HR documentationEstablish, implement and maintain employee attendance and rostering systemsCollect and verify attendance, working hours and leave information, and assist the finance team with preparing payroll informationMaintain accurate, complete and confidential employee recordsRespond to general employee enquiries and assist with employee relations and workplace mattersSupport dealership managers with day-to-day HR, attendance and staffing requirementsAssist in ensuring HR processes comply with Fair Work requirements, the National Employment Standards, applicable Modern Awards and company policiesDevelop and update HR policies,



procedures and employee handbooksAbout youPrevious experience in human resources, recruitment, people administration or a similar roleSound knowledge of the Australian automotive dealership, automotive retail or a closely related automotive working environmentUnderstanding of Up-to-date Awards, employee classifications and basic remuneration requirements relevant to the automotive industryExperience preparing and managing employment contracts, onboarding, position changes and termination documentationExperience implementing or administering an employee attendance, rostering or HR systemBasic payroll support experience, with the ability to accurately prepare and verify attendance and payroll-related informationKnowledge of Australian Fair Work requirements and the National Employment StandardsStrong written and verbal English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese communication skills will be highly regardedStrong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential employee information appropriatelyExcellent organisational, communication, problem-solving and time-management skillsA stable, friendly and supportive working environmentOpportunities to develop your HR careerThe opportunity to grow with an expanding automotive dealership groupA competitive salary based on relevant experience and capabilities
