About the opportunity:
We're looking for a hands-on Forklift Technician to join our growing service team based at Gibson Island.
In this field-based role, you'll maintain, repair and service a diverse fleet of forklifts, EWPs and mobile plant equipment across Visy sites throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Monday to Friday roster with overtime opportunitiesVehicle + mobile phone supplied
What you'll do:
Service, repair and maintain forklifts, EWPs and mobile plant equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faultsRespond to breakdowns and carry out planned preventative maintenanceComplete service reports and accurately record parts usageMaintain high safety standards across all work activitiesTravel between Visy sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast as required
What You Will Bring:
Mechanical trade qualificationHands‐on experience with forklifts, EWPs and/or mobile plant equipmentStrong diagnostic and fault‐finding skillsAbility to work autonomously in a field service environmentCurrent driver's licence
