Lead a small team supporting a participant to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own home.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who knows that a strong team is the foundation of good support.You report to the Operations Manager, lead a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers day to day, and combine active support work with House Supervisor responsibilities.
Internally we call this role House Coordinator.Your impact, for your participantProvide active, on‐floor support for participantBuild genuine, trusting relationships with the participant, their family and care professionals, championing person‐centred care in everything you doMake sure their service plan and goals are actively supported and deliveredFoster an workplace that feels like home: safe, clean, supportive, and full of opportunities for the participant to make memories every dayPromote safety, wellbeing and inclusion, making sure your team understands and upholds MMT Care's safeguarding responsibilitiesFor your teamLead, mentor and coach Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, building a strong, positive cultureRun regular team meetings and monthly documented one‐on‐one mentoring sessions, and guide new staff through onboardingBe the first point of contact for your team and for the participant's family and care teamDay to dayBuild the fortnightly roster and keep it filled, compliant and within budgetOversee house operations and make sure documentation meets NDIS and MMT Care standardsMaintain oversight of incident reporting,



shift documentation and WHS standardsAbout youYou lead with empathy and integrity, and you are comfortable managing the competing priorities that come with running a home.
