This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone with experience in the consumer electronics or retail sector who understands how to coordinate jobs from initial service request through to completion and reporting.Why Join Us?

manage and close maintenance tickets in AirtableCoordinate parts, pick and pack, freight, installers and external service providersCommunicate maintenance job requirements, progress and outcomes to clients, retailers and internal teamsReview scopes of work and troubleshoot repair issuesMaintain accurate job records, photographs, reports and updatesAssist with retail activations, prototypes, store visits and site measure upsSupport quotations, bills of materials, stocktakes and other Production Team requirementsAbout YouExperience in service coordination, retail operations, production or maintenanceConsumer electronics experience, particularly with JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys or Harvey Norman, is highly regardedStrong customer service, excellent communication and organisational skillsHands-on, solution focused and confident troubleshooting service or installation issuesCurrent Australian driver's licence and vehicle, with the ability to lift up to 12 kg and travel interstate occasionallyExperience managing consumer electronics or technical display projects is highly advantageous
