Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll support day-to-day accounts operations by managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring invoices are issued, approved and processed on time.
This is a hands-on role that combines financial administration with stakeholder communication and a strong attention to detail.Key responsibilitiesManage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, issuing receipts, and payment allocationMonitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional and timely mannerReconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepanciesMaintain accurate financial records and update company accounting systemsPrepare reports on debtor balances and assist with cash flow information as requiredSupport month-end processes, including reconciliations, reporting,
