We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Accounts Officer to join our team based out of one of our offices at Robina, Beenleigh or North Lakes.We can promise the right candidate the following:A friendly and supportive workplace where we work hard but also have fun;An chance to learn and grow in your role;Genuine work/life balance; andCompetitive salary package including annual leave loading.Your responsibilities would include:Payment of client disbursements and office expenses;Preparing tax invoices;All trust account transactions and compliance;End to end processing of fortnightly payroll including preparation and issuing payslips;Preparing and reconciling quarterly superannuation contributions;Payment of BAS (PAYG tax and GST)



and superannuation liabilities;End of month compliance and reconciliations;Data entry of credit card transactions and other transactions;Providing accountants with financial documentation;Maintaining records as a paperless office;Liaising with directors and other staff;Providing periodic financial performance reports including cashflow projection spreadsheets; andPreparation of policies and accounting procedure instructions / manuals.The successful candidate will:Have at least 3 years' experience working as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer;Be highly motivated and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;Be down to earth team player who is reliable and enthusiastic about their work; andHave strong attention to detail especially with respect to accuracy of data entry.All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
