Baptistcare's Financial Services team in Camberwell is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who takes pride in clean ledgers, enjoys a good team, and wants their work to genuinely count for something beyond the bottom line.What You'll Be DoingOwning end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, receipting, and account reconciliationsFollowing up on outstanding debts with professionalism and care,



particularly with clients in sensitive circumstancesContributing to month-end close activities and supporting accurate financial reportingWorking closely with internal teams to resolve billing queries and sharpen AR processesWhat You'll BringSolid hands-on experience in an accounts receivable or finance administration roleConfidence across AR principles, reconciliations, and debtor managementIntermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting software (familiarity with aged care or community services billing is a real bonus at Baptistcare)Sharp attention to detail and a knack for juggling priorities without losing your coolA warm, clear communication style when navigating sensitive account mattersCertificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent practical experienceAged care background highly regardedApplicants must have the right to work in Australia.The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Criminal History check.A medical assessment will be conducted to see if you are physically capable for the roleBaptistCare – Inspired by Jesus to champion care for all.BaptistCare is dedicated to the safety, empowerment, and participation of all children.
